<p class="section-text"><b>Цель исследования:</b> разработать вариант работы должностных лиц по связи объединения Вооруженных сил Республики Беларусь, обеспечивающий повышение оперативности планирования и постановки задач на обеспечение связи с качеством не хуже требуемого.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Метод исследования:</b> теоретический и эмпирический анализ, моделирования и сравнения.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Результаты исследования:</b> в исследовании рассматривается актуальная проблема повышения эффективности работы должностных лиц по связи объединения Республики Беларусь. Особое внимание уделяется методике работы с использованием технологии цифровых двойников. Проведён анализ существующих методов работы, выявлены их недостатки и предложены пути оптимизации. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что применение цифровых двойников значительно улучшает качество планирования и детализации задач на обеспечение связи, повышая оперативность и точность работы системы управления.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Научная новизна:</b> исследования заключается в разработке и внедрении инновационной методики работы должностных лиц по связи объединения Республики Беларусь, основанной на использовании технологии цифровых двойников. Это позволяет существенно повысить эффективность планирования и постановки задач на обеспечение связи, что является новым подходом к решению проблемы оптимизации работы системы управления.</p>
<p class="section-text"><b>Objective of the study.</b> To develop a variant of work of officials on communications of the association of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, ensuring increase of efficiency of planning and setting of tasks on provision of communications with the quality not worse than required.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Research method.</b> Theoretical and empirical analysis, method of modeling and comparison.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Result.</b> The study considers the actual problem of increase of efficiency of work of officials on communications of the association of the Republic of Belarus. Particular attention is paid to the methodology of work using the technology of digital twins. The analysis of the existing methods of work was conducted, their shortcomings were revealed and ways of optimization were proposed. The results of the study confirm that the use of digital twins significantly improves the quality of planning and detailing of tasks on provision of communications, increasing efficiency and accuracy of the control system.</p><p class="section-text"><b>The scientific novelty</b> of the study lies in the development and implementation of an innovative methodology for the work of officials on communications of the association of the Republic of Belarus, based on the use of digital twin technology. This allows to significantly increase the efficiency of planning and setting tasks for ensuring communications, which is a new approach to solving the problem of optimizing the operation of the management system.</p>
