<p class="section-text"><b>Цель исследования.</b> Разработка методики оценки эффективности функционирования сети фельдъегерско-почтовой связи.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Метод исследования.</b> В качестве основного метода исследования использован системный анализ, а также математические модели различных классов.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Результат.</b> В работе рассмотрена методика оценки эффективности функционирования сети фельдъегерско-почтовой связи с учетом деструктивного воздействия противника, новых форм и способов построения сети. Представленная методика позволяет должностным лицам органов управления фельдъегерско-почтовой связи оценивать эффективность сети фельдъегерско-почтовой связи с учетом разработанной структуры.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Практическая полезность и новизна</b> исследования заключается в разработке новой методики, которая позволит пересмотреть процесс планирования и организации сети ФПС.</p>
<p class="section-text"><b>Objective of the study.</b> The developing of methods for efficiency evaluation of postal and courier communication network.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Research method.</b> The main research method is system analysis, as well as mathematical models of various classes.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Result.</b> The article discusses methods for efficiency evaluation of postal and courier communication network with consideration to destructive impact of the enemy and the network realization. Due to this methods officers of postal and courier communication can estimate efficiency the structure of postal and courier communication network.</p><p class="section-text"><b>The scientific novelty</b> of the study consists in developing a new methodology that will allow to reconsider the planning and organization process of postal and courier communication network.</p>
