        <title>Аннотация</title>
        <p>&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Цель работы:&lt;/b&gt; повышение устойчивости сети обмена данными большой группы беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БпЛА) к дестабилизирующим воздействиям за счет динамической оптимизации ее структуры.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Методы исследования:&lt;/b&gt; теории сетей массового обслуживания, теория управления, динамическое программирование.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Результаты исследования:&lt;/b&gt; разработаны принципы анализа и оптимизации структуры системы обмена данными большой группы (роя) БпЛА с кластеризованной структурой маршрутизации пакетов. Показано, что повышение эффективности функционирования сети обмена данными (СОД) может быть обусловлено за счет сокращения трафика, необходимого для сбора данных.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Научная новизна&lt;/b&gt; результатов состоит в разработке новой модели обмена данными в крупномасштабной СОД, учитывающей в процессе управления маршрутизацией кластеризованную структуру, а также постановке и разработки метода решения задачи оптимизации кластеризованной сетевой структуры.&lt;/p&gt;</p>

        <title>Abstract</title>
        <p>&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;The purpose of the work&lt;/b&gt; is to increase the stability of the data exchange network of a large group of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to destabilizing effects due to the dynamic optimization of its structure.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Research methods:&lt;/b&gt; queuing network theories, control theory, dynamic programming.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Results of the study:&lt;/b&gt; the principles of analysis and optimization of the structure of the data exchange system of a large group (swarm) of UAVs with a clustered packet routing structure have been developed. It is shown that the increase in the efficiency of the data exchange network (DPN) can be due to the reduction of traffic required for data collection.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class=&quot;section-text&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;The scientific novelty&lt;/b&gt; of the results lies in the development of a new model of data exchange in a large-scale ODS, which takes into account the clustered structure in the process of routing management, as well as the formulation and development of a method for solving the problem of optimizing the clustered network structure.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
