<p class="section-text"><b>Целью статьи</b> является обобщение исторического опыта строительства и боевого применения объекта 04 (поезда связи № 1) и формулирование выводов и предложений по его использованию в современных условиях.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Метод исследования</b> историко-генетический, предполагает последовательное изучение исторических фактов, их обобщение и выработка практических предложений и рекомендаций, актуальных для современного процесса развития системы и войск связи.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Результаты исследования:</b> в статье изучен опыт сооружения подвижного узла связи Народного комиссариата связи СССР (объект 04), формирования и применения поезда связи № 1 в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Особое внимание в публикации уделено обобщению материалов архивных источников по организационным и техническим особенностям создания подвижного узла связи на базе железнодорожного подвижного состава. Обобщен опыт создания, формирования и применения подвижного узла связи стратегического звена управления и выработаны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию боевого применения войск связи.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Научная новизна и практическая полезность</b> заключается в том, что впервые введены в научный оборот архивные материалы по строительству Объекта 04 (поезда связи № 1) и проведено описание выполнения им первой боевой задачи по обеспечению связи Генеральному штабу Красной армии.</p>
<p class="section-text"><b>The purpose of the article</b> is to summarize the historical experience of the construction and combat use of Object 04 (communication train No 1) and to formulate conclusions and proposals for its use in modern conditions.</p><p class="section-text"><b>The method of research</b> is historical and genetic, which involves the consistent study of historical facts, their generalization and the development of practical proposals and recommendations that are relevant to the modern process of development of the system and signal troops.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Results:</b> the article examines the experience of constructing a mobile communication center of the People's Commissariat of Communications of the USSR (object 04), the formation and use of communication No 1 during the Great Patriotic War. Particular attention is paid to the generalization of materials from archival sources on the organizational and technical features of the creation of a mobile communication center on the basis of railway rolling stock. The experience of creating, forming and using a mobile communication center of the strategic command and control level is summarized and practical recommendations for improving the combat use of signal troops are developed.</p><p class="section-text"><b>The scientific novelty and practical usefulness</b> lie in the fact that for the first time archival materials on the construction of Object 04 (communication train No 1) are introduced into scientific circulation and a description of the fulfillment of its first combat mission to provide communications to the General Staff of the Red Army is carried out.</p>
