Цель: обобщение исторического опыта изучения эксплуатации военно-полевых средств проводной связи в годы Великой Отечественной войны и формулирование выводов и предложений по его использованию в современных условиях.

Метод исследования: историко-генетический, предполагает последовательное изучение исторических фактов, их обобщение и выработку практических предложений и рекомендаций, актуальных для современного процесса развития системы и войск связи.

Результаты исследования: рассмотрен опыт эксплуатации средств проводной связи в годы Великой Отечественной войны. На основе материалов архивных источников в публикации раскрываются формы и способы работы межведомственной комиссии Главного управления связи Красной армии и предприятий промышленности в 1-м Украинском фронте. Обобщен опыт работы межведомственной комиссии по изучению опыта эксплуатации военно-полевых средств проводной связи в действующей армии и на его основе формирование практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию промышленного производства изделий и боевого применения войск связи. Научная новизна материала заключается в том, что на основе новых архивных материалов о работе межведомственной комиссии Главного управления связи Красной армии и предприятий промышленности непосредственно в действующей армии проведено их обобщение и выработаны актуальные предложения для организации работы органов управления связью, научно-исследовательских организаций и предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в зонах боевых действий.

Objective: to summarize the historical experience of studying the operation of military field wire communication facilities during the Great Patriotic War and to formulate conclusions and proposals for its use in modern conditions. The method of research is historical and genetic, which involves consistent study of historical facts, their generalization and the development of practical proposals and recommendations that are relevant to the modern process of development of the system and signal troops.

Results of the research: the experience of the operation of wire communication facilities during the Great Patriotic War is considered. On the basis of the materials of archival sources, the publication reveals the forms and methods of work of the interdepartmental commission of the Main Directorate of Communications of the Red Army and industrial enterprises in the 1st Ukrainian Front. study of the experience of operating military field means of wire communication in the field army and, on its basis, the formation of practical recommendations for improving the industrial production of products and the combat use of signal troops. The scientific novelty of the material lies in the fact that, on the basis of new archival materials on the work of the interdepartmental commission of the Main Directorate of Communications of the Red Army and industrial enterprises directly in the active army, their generalization was carried out and relevant proposals for the organization of the work of communications management bodies, research organizations and enterprises of the military-industrial complex in combat zones were developed.
