<p class="section-text"><b>Цель:</b> анализ направления развития системы и средств связи Сухопутных войск США.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Метод:</b> аналитический обзор.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Результаты исследования:</b> проведенного аналитического исследования является получение представления о тенденциях совершенствования системы связи и управления Сухопутных войск США. Тенденция развития предполагает переход от разрозненных технологий и решений к конвергентным технологиям. Значительное внимание уделено концепции JADC2, ориентированной на создание отдельных систем управления различного назначения на основе искусственного интеллекта.</p><p class="section-text">Приведено описание «Тактического интернета», основанного на применении имеющегося задела ранее проводимых программ развертывания сетей связи различного назначения. Описаны фрагменты системы WIN-T.</p><p class="section-text">Также указано на преимущества, получаемые при реализации программы развития системы связи и управления, а также этапность ее реализации. Данные результаты указывают на активное внедрение перспективных технологий, в том числе элементов искусственного интеллекта, с учетом имеющегося на настоящий момент технологического задела.</p><p class="section-text">Описание текущих и приостановленых разработок систем связи и управления позволяют судить об общих направлениях развития и принятых ранее ошибочных решениях, полученных результатах реализации программ развития и перспективах их дальнейшей реализации.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Практическая ценность:</b> материалы статьи могут быть использованы при формировании программ развития системы связи ВС РФ как с точки зрения технической реализации отдельных элементов системы связи, так и с точки зрения интенсификации развития отдельных технологий связи, предоставляющих определенные преимущества в части развертывания единого информационного пространства в интересах Вооруженных сил Российской Федерации</p>
<p class="section-text"><b>Objective:</b> analysis of the direction of development of the system and means of communication of the US Army.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Method:</b> analytical review.</p><p class="section-text"><b>The result of the analytical study</b> is to get an idea of the trends in improving the communication and control system of the US Army. The development trend involves the transition from disparate technologies and solutions to convergent technologies. Considerable attention is paid to the JADC2 concept, focused on the creation of separate control systems for various purposes based on artificial intelligence.</p><p class="section-text">A description of the "Tactical Internet" is given, based on the use of the existing groundwork of previously conducted programs for the deployment of communication networks for various purposes. Fragments of the WIN-T system are described.</p><p class="section-text">The advantages obtained in the implementation of the program for the development of the communication and control system, as well as the stages of its implementation, were also indicated. These results indicate the active introduction of promising technologies, including elements of artificial intelligence, taking into account the current technological groundwork.</p><p class="section-text">The description of current and suspended developments of communication and control systems allows us to judge the general directions of development and previously made erroneous decisions, the results of the implementation of development programs and the prospects for their further implementation.</p><p class="section-text"><b>Practical value:</b> the materials of the article can be used in the formation of programs for the development of the communication system of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation both from the point of view of technical implementation of individual elements of the communication system, and from the point of view of intensification of the development of individual communication technologies that provide certain advantages in terms of the deployment of a single information space in the interests of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.</p>
